Push it and Pivot it?

The most complicated decision for a founder in business.

When markets are smooth most businesses get by easily.

The challenge happens then the tides start running against you.

You either face the brink of extinction.

Or See all your employees leave.

Or you see your reputation crack.

And many more.

In those times, the hardest decision to make in a business is whether you want to push it and make it..

Pivot and start afresh.

Sadly, there's no right answer.

We recently pivoted from a marketing agency to a sales agency.

There were two options presented before us.

Either you keep doing what everyone else is doing.

But keep seeing the client churn and manage it anyways.

And hope that it will become better.

Pivot your services to an unique direction where you stand out in the market.

We decided to pivot.

Was this the right decision?

I don't know.

Only time will tell.

But we had to make a decision.

If nothing is working for you right now..
